ALL CUSTOMERS MUST EMAIL US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING AN ORDER TO START THE RETURN PROCESS.

Full-Priced Items, Welcome Codes & Flash Sale Offers*:

Eligibility: New, unworn, unaltered, unwashed merchandise in original condition with all tags attached.

Time Frame: Return within 30 days of receiving the order.

Options:

  1. Store Credit Voucher at 120% Value:  Enjoy a free prepaid return with a 120% voucher.

  2. Full Refund: Arrange return shipping to our return addresses using a carrier of your choice.  Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable. 

  3. Exchange for a different size or item:  Outbound shipping will be covered by us.

Sale or Promotional Items (Including Discount Codes)*

Eligibility: New, unworn, unaltered, unwashed merchandise in original condition with all tags attached.

Options:

  1. Store Credit Voucher to the value of the item(s) being returned.

  2. Exchange for a different size or item:  Outbound shipping will be covered by us.

Final Sale Items: 

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Other Important Information:

  • Store Credit Vouchers/Gift Cards – Non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash. If returned using a voucher, you will receive a replacement voucher.

  • Returning Multiple Sizes – If you purchased the same item in two (2) sizes at a discount, you may return one for a full refund. If both are returned, one will be refunded and the other issued as store credit.

  • Faulty Items – Faults must be reported upon receipt of the order and before the item has been worn, washed, or altered. If deemed faulty, we will replace the item, issue a refund, or provide store credit at 120%. Please contact us immediately with photos and details.

  • Payment Providers (Afterpay, Sezzle, Klarna) - Refunds are not available via these providers. Returns will be processed as a store credit.

  • Condition of Returns – Items must be returned in re-sellable and new condition. Items with signs of wear, stains, or alterations will be rejected or refunded minus cleaning/repair costs.

  • Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated. Return labels are available on eligible orders. We recommend tracked shipping; LUXMII is not liable for lost parcels.

  • Our Warehouses – Returns must be sent only to the warehouse addresses provided by our Customer Experience Team. As we operate warehouses in multiple countries, returns sent to an incorrect location/address cannot be processed.

  • Custom Charges/Duties on Returns – Customers are responsible for any reverse duties, taxes, or fees due to incorrect declarations.

  • Return Processing Time - Please allow up to 10–14 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received.
