Return Policy Update between 01 January - 15 February 2024:
We are excited to share that LUXMII is undergoing a significant move to our new atelier and production house in Portugal.
While this transition brings positive changes, we want to update you on our temporary adjustments to the return policy from 01 January - 15 Februrary 2024During this period:
  1. We won’t be processing exchanges to ensure a smooth transition.
  2. With the closure of our Australian warehouse, please send all return parcels directly to our new production house in Portugal.
We understand these changes may cause some temporary inconveniences, but our dedicated customer experience team is ready to assist you.

LUXMII offers 7 day returns of receiving the item on all purchases. 

Please see our Return Policy below:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items to be eligible for a return (we are flexible with our return window, so long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order)
  • All items returned back to us, that meet our returns criteria, are issued with store credit. Your store credit is valid for 12 months and can be used on our entire range of products.
  • The items must be in original condition: new/unworn/unwashed and not altered in any way. With all tags attached
  • If you wish to return due to wrong size or change of mind, we are happy to assist you with an exchange or credit note. Please contact us to organise this for you
  • If you’ve purchased the exact same item but in two different sizes, you can return one of the sizes for a full refund to your original payment method (if you’re returning both, the other will remain as store credit).

  • If you are however, unsatisfied with your order, and believe the item is not as described or damaged, please contact us and we would be happy to offer you a refund

  • All refunds will be made within 1-2 days of receiving your item, if deemed acceptable for return

  • Eligible refunds will be made to the original card of purchase
  • Shipping costs for returned items are covered by the customer unless we are running a special offer promoting free returns
  • Please note that we do not refund sale items.  This includes flash sales on already reduced items or where discount codes have been applied.  We are happy to issue a store credit valid up to to 12 months
  • For international returns (outside of Australia):  When returning items back to us, if your total value exceeds $1,000 AUD, duties & taxes will be charged for your package to be released. This fee will be deducted from your order and a refund will processed for the remaining amount
  • Customers must submit a Return Form together with the goods they are returning
  • You must contact us in order to obtain a Return Form

For any faulty or damaged items, email us at within 7 days of receiving and we will be in touch within 1-2  days to make arrangements for your items to be replaced, repaired or returned for a full refund. 


AFTERPAY purchases

  • Our company policy and systems do not support refunds with Afterpay purchase.
  • All sales made through Afterpay are final, however we are happy to offer exchanges or a store gift card valid for 12 months
  • Any returned parcels  requesting a refund which has been purchased through Afterpay will automatically be issued a credit note
  • Afterpay is a separate entity, and any queries in its regard must be emailed to them directly
Offers and Sale periods
  • All items purchased during events, offers or sale periods such as flash sales and Promotional events are final.

  • Any items purchased as a pre-order is eligible for a store credit or exchange only and our standard return policy applies
  • Unfortunately we do not accept cancellation of pre-orders before dispatch, as the item(s) are made-to-order
  • You can however wait for your pre-order to arrive, and should you wish to return it then, you may do so and our standard return policy applies
  • Delivery of pre-order items are estimated based on production timeline and logistics.  At times, there are unforeseen circumstances that can cause delays that are beyond our control so we kindly ask for your patience and understanding 


      4 Easy steps for returning or exchanging 

      1. Contact and request for a returns/exchange and we will provide you with a Return Form [any returns sent back without contacting us beforehand will automatically be returned to sender]
      2. Print and fill out the Return Form and add to your parcel 
      3. Return items to the address below 
      4. Email us your tracking number as soon as you have sent off our parcel 

      We will be in touch as soon we have received your items and a full refund or exchange will be provided to you within 1-2 business days after goods have been inspection are in acceptable condition. 

      Returns and exchanges will only be accepted with a Return Form attached so please contact us before returning.
