FAQs

Where is your linen from?

Being a brand that specializes in garments made only from linen, we use a wide range of linen from soft stone-washed woven fabrics to linen knits and yarn fibers.

All of our linen is of high quality and some fabrics so rare, you can only find them here at LUXMII.

Most of our linen is Oeko-Tex certified, and some are even organic depending on the style. We also produce using linen-blends such as GOTS certified cotton and even Wood Pulp.

Where are your products made?

We are very proud of the quality of our products as they are all produced with so much love and care by our production houses.

We partner with local family-run ateliers and manufacturers that follow a strict code of conduct set out by our company.

As we have experienced significant growth since the inception of our small business, we have brought on more partners to meet the increase in demand - we are proud to work with some of the most talented ateliers located in Portugal, Greece and Hong Kong.

How is LUXMII a sustainable brand?

We only use environmentally friendly, ethical and cruelty-free processes for developing and producing every linen piece.

We produce all of our clothing in linen as we believe it to be one of the most sustainable materials to ever exist. To find out more about why we believe in linen, please visit our About us page.

We also try our best to minimize our carbon footprint in every step of the business by eliminating as much single-use plastic as physically possible, partnering with local partners where we can and minimizing our waste by keeping a limited stockpile on hand.

Where are you based?

LUXMII is a global brand.

Our founder is Australian and all of our designs are created in both Australia and Europe. Our in-house team is split between Australia, Portugal and Greece so as to keep a close connection to our suppliers, partners and producers.

At current, our dispatch warehouse is located in Australia however we will be expanding into Europe in order to meet growing demand from other countries.

How is on-demand sustainable?

On-demand, if not, is the most sustainable production method out there because instead of making clothes en masse, we wait for orders to come in so we can produce exactly the amount that is asked for.

This way we don’t have any leftover stock or fabric - most brands burn this or take it to landfills, a massive threat to our ecosystem.

What are your shipping & returns terms?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Australia.

We offer both Express and Standard shipping on all orders. View our Shipping Page to find out more.

We offer 14 day returns on all orders. To find out more about our Return policy, visit our Exchange & Returns Page.

Will I be subject to pay Customs?

If you are ordereing from outside of Australia, you may be subject to pay customs, duties and taxes in your country. These charges are currently not included and is the responsibility of the buyer.
